A 24,000 SF expansion to TecNiq’s Galesburg campus, adding manufacturing capacity, office space, and mezzanine buildout to support continued growth in advanced LED production. The Barton Group Project Team

Following the success of its new manufacturing facility, TecNiq, Inc continued to experience rapid growth in demand for its high-performance LED lighting products. To support that growth while maintaining efficient operations on its Galesburg campus, the company undertook a 24,000 square-foot addition to its existing facility.

The expansion adds valuable floor area for production, inventory, and support functions, along with new office and mezzanine spaces that give TecNiq flexibility for future staffing and line changes. The project was carefully planned and executed to integrate seamlessly with the existing building and site, keeping TecNiq’s operations moving during construction.
