The Paw Paw Fire Department facility project supports critical public safety services for the community through improvements that strengthen operational efficiency, safety, and long-term building performance. Our role on the project

The Barton Group served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, advocating for the Fire Department throughout the project lifecycle. We supported planning, coordination, and construction oversight to keep the work aligned with budget, schedule, and performance goals.
