Paw Paw Fire Department

The Paw Paw Fire Department facility project supports critical public safety services for the community through improvements that strengthen operational efficiency, safety, and long-term building performance. Fire stations require specialized planning to support emergency response, equipment readiness, and the daily needs of personnel.

The work focused on upgrading key spaces and systems to better serve the department and community. Throughout planning and construction, stakeholder coordination and clear communication helped keep the project aligned with operational requirements while maintaining continuity of service.

Our role on the project

The Barton Group served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, advocating for the Fire Department throughout the project lifecycle. We supported planning, coordination, and construction oversight to keep the work aligned with budget, schedule, and performance goals.
