Niles Community Health Center – Medical Center

Niles Community Health Center provides accessible, patient-centered care for individuals and families throughout the region. The Medical Center project supports that mission by delivering a modern facility designed to expand services, improve patient experience, and strengthen operational flow for providers and staff.

From early planning through construction coordination, this project emphasized efficient layout, streamlined patient circulation, and adaptable spaces that support a wide range of services for the community.

Our role on the project

The Barton Group served as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, acting as an extension of the Health Center team. We supported the organization throughout the project lifecycle by coordinating communication, managing decisions, and keeping construction aligned with budget and schedule requirements.
