Facility improvements supporting safe, memorable, and mission-driven outdoor experiences for Girl Scouts and campers. The Barton Group Project Team

Camp Merrie Woode provides outdoor experiences that build confidence, leadership, and lifelong skills for Girl Scouts and campers across Michigan. This project supported the camp’s mission through facility upgrades and site improvements designed to enhance safety, functionality, and the overall camper experience.

Camp projects require thoughtful coordination across remote sites, seasonal programming, and durable materials suited for outdoor environments. The work focused on improving key camp spaces while maintaining the character and purpose of the setting—supporting both immediate needs and long-term stewardship of the camp.
