Project Profile
Dowagiac Fire Department & Public Works

Project at a glance
The Dowagiac Fire Department & Public Works project delivers a new, purpose-built fire station to support emergency response and day-to-day operations for the community. The facility is designed with apparatus bays, hose tower, decontamination areas, training space, bunks, and a workout room to better serve firefighters and staff.
The new station improves equipment layout, circulation, and safety while providing the department with the dedicated training and support spaces needed for modern fire service. Clear separation between clean and contaminated zones, along with updated living quarters, helps reduce risk and support firefighter health.
