Project Profile
Cass District Library – Edwardsburg Branch

Project at a glance
The Cass District Library – Edwardsburg Branch is a new 9,500 SF facility created to serve as a welcoming destination for readers, families, and community members. The branch features flexible community rooms, dedicated children’s areas, quiet study zones, and spaces for teens to gather and learn.
Technology plays a central role in the new branch, with a computer lab, ample device charging, and a maker space that supports hands-on learning and programming. Large windows and open sightlines bring in natural light while helping staff maintain visibility throughout the building.

- Reviewed budgets, schedules, and phasing plans to keep the project financially responsible and on track.
- Managed communication between the construction team and the owner to address issues quickly and minimize disruption.
