Lisa Ison, Office Manager
Lisa began her career in financial services and real estate portfolio management over twenty years ago. During her previous career spanning eighteen years, working for two major banks, Lisa worked for twelve of those years on the executive level, effecting positive changes from within those organizations. Lisa spearheaded the Diversity Council, and lead initiatives that improved diversity in hiring and promoting talented individuals within the organization. She led divisions within the bank that partnered with The United States Treasury Department, Housing and Urban Development, as well as the Department of Justice. Lisa always prides herself on the positive connections she makes with employees, peers, superiors, business partners and external project partners. Lisa can be counted on to provide timely and professional, results-driven performance. She has extensive experience with auditing, compliance, portfolio management, recruiting, operational oversight, and office management, as well as mentoring and coaching to improve performance.
Outside of the office, Lisa and her husband stay busy with seven grown children and a large extended family. Lisa enjoys volunteer work and loves spending time on her hobby farm with her dogs and goats. Gardening, fishing and cooking are some of her favorite activities.
Lisa is our Office Manager at The Barton Group and has been on the team since March of 2019.
